WORKSHOP PLANNING TOOL

With eCARS21 version 2.32 and above new functionalities are at your disposal to help you manage your Workshop Planning with increased efficiency and reliability.

Planning operations (making appointments, repair orders, allocating resources …) can be accessed from the graphical scheduling screen, making your employees’ work easier and quicker.

The different graphical displays give you an overall view of the Schedule and its progress at a glance. Warnings can also be added.

New features (planning, splitting a repair order into several tasks...) give you more control over the organisation of work.

In some countries, it is possible to couple this module with ePROD21, the complementary software in order to clock time spent by worker and per repair order. ePROD21 makes it easier to allocate resources by showing you which workers are present and currently available. ePROD21, with its user-friendly interface (the worker touches his photo on the screen), lets workers simply select vehicles currently in the workshop.

E-Learning

Short training sessions can now be given via e-Learning. The new technology lets you perfect your skills without costly travel expenses.
Accessible remotely via Internet, this option uses a network (LAN, WAN or Internet) for quick connection and easy use and interaction.
ROI on a software solution is achieved through high level user training. The better trained users are, the better armed they will be to use the tools put at their disposal. Even if they are simple and user-friendly, no less rich in terms of features and evolutions, users still need refresher courses to keep them up to date and take advantage of new features.
Centralized training is an absolute must for product training, important new features… for refresher courses, e-Learning is an efficient, cost-effective solution.
The training is efficient as it is short (half an hour) but concentrated on a specific subject. It can also be recorded and studied again by your staff.
